Even before founding Counting Clouds, Line’s entrepreneurial nature has always been on the front foot. Today, that means connecting with our community via workshops and podcasts, recognising additional services helpful to our clients, recruiting personnel with skills to add to our offerings, reinforcing our workflows for their best efficiency, and testing and incorporating new technologies that allow us all to work smarter.

Finding an exhibition of cloud paintings by Sharryn Jenkinson at The Convent Daylesford provided a perfect backdrop for a group photo.

For 2022's Christmas shindig, we felt a genteel celebration was in order. Our Australian team had a high tea at The Convent Daylesford, followed by vintage shopping at the nearby Mill Market.

Xerocon threw a fab afterparty featuring Sneaky Sound System, Brazilian dancers and acrobats, delicious food and an open bar. The Counting Clouds gang still had hours of party energy in their batteries though, so Jack directed us to Sydney's best bars. Underground at Baxter's, Joanna, Jack and Line put on, and raised, their espresso martini glasses to keep the party going.

The Counting Clouds gang resides in many geographical locations. Xerocon in August 2023 was a great opportunity for our Brisbanian, Melissa, to spend time with the Melburnian contingent. Here's Melissa and Line making a memory.

On the last day of Xerocon, in August 2023, a few of us freshened our conference-saturated minds with a long walk in the sunshine. We walked from the International Convention Centre to The Rocks, with a pause to admire the iconic Sydney Opera House.

A photo booth must always be utilised! Dext, our receipt-capturing software provider, helped us capture this fun memory. Dext threw a party on the 2nd night of Xerocon in August 2023, and we made the most of the costume box.

In August 2023, five of us travelled to Sydney for Xerocon. The conference presented learning opportunities regarding technology integration, workflow efficiency, marketing, human resources and so much more. It also presented PHOTO opportunities with props aplenty! Here around the Xero piggy bank, from left to right, is Jack, Joanna, Annie, Line and Mellisa.

Who are these dazzlingly stylish women? They're our Melissa, Line and Joanna, of course! The trio put on their little black dresses for a party hosted by our proposal software provider, Ignition, on the first night of Xerocon in August 2023. Cloud counters by day, partygoers by night.

So Frenchy So Chic is one of our longest-standing clients. We've been to three of their festivals held in the grounds of Werribee Mansion and two of their Bastille Day Soirees. In February 2023, Line and Annie had so much fun seeing the bands, picnicking, drinking champagne, eating sorbet and sparkling in this complimentary face glitter!

Matchy matchy times must be documented! This day's fashion alignment occurred when Line and Joanna attended Xero Roadshow at Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre in February 2023. Xero is our most utilised bookkeeping software, so we soak up Xero news and insights whenever we can, especially if there's merch on offer.
